The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Evoqua Water Technologies for the Puget Sound VAHCS - Endotoxin Filter Replacement and Critical Water ST-108 Compliant Program Base + 4. NAICS 221310 applies.

This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding is original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized and can provide the equipment components, regular maintenance, and remote monitoring services equal to Evoqua Water Technologies’ equipment components, regular maintenance, and remote monitoring services while maintaining manufacturer’s warranty.
