The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a service agreement brand name or equal to NextSeq 2000 Silver Support for their Illumina NextSeq 2000 Sequencing System.

The period of performance will be a base plus four option years.
Base: 09/29/2026 - 09/30/2027
Option Year 1: 09/29/2027 - 09/30/2028

Option Year 4: 09/29/2030 - 09/30/2031
Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
