The requirement is for a single sole source service contract to cover maintenance and repairs of existing equipment: High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) (ACQUITY UPLC M-Class) and Quantitative Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer (Xevo G2-XS Q-Tof). Software updates for the MLYNX program included with the system also need to be covered by the contract. The maintenance on this equipment must be performed by a certified mass spectrometry technician. This certification is required to ensure the equipment operates within factory specifications. The equipment must operate within factory specifications to maintain consistency in research data. Additionally, the vendor must be able to provide onsite maintenance and respond to email or phone call technical support requests within 48 hours from notice.
