Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Title: BOM Repairs and Reconditioning Services for VAMC Indianapolis
1. General Information
1.1. Scope
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the removal, reconditioning, and replacement of BOM components at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN, as detailed in this PWS.
1.2. Background
This project involves reconditioning existing BOM sleeves, replacing worn components, and ensuring full operational functionality of the BOM systems in several operating rooms (ORs) to support uninterrupted medical services.
1.3. Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the notice to proceed until the completion of all deliverables, anticipated within 120 days of the order's acceptance.
