The intended contractor is Eigen Health Services, LLC., located at 13366 Grass Valley Ave. Suite A, Grass Valley, CA 95945-9549.

The Department of Veteran Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Eigen Health Care Services for Preventative Maintenance services for Artemis Biopsy Ultrasound equipment within VANCHCS.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Product and Service Code for this requirement is J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $34.0 Million.
