Place of Performance:
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus four option year (OY) contract for on-site service maintenance of Philips Brightview CT scanners and Flex Cardio equipment at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Philips North America, LLC has the proprietary rights to the software for the equipment. Philip s Field Service Engineers (FSE) are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The FSEs are also the only individuals authorized to install the proprietary software and hardware updates/upgrades for the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these FSEs. The government intends to award the contract on 1/18/2025 to Philips North America, LLC, 22100 BOTHELL EVERETT HIGHWAY, BOTHELL, WA 98021; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 8HEG5. The estimated Period of Performance will be 1/18/2025-1/17/2030.
This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (15) calendar days of this publication by contacting John Waldrip via email at john.waldrip@va.gov. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Responses are due no later than Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
