NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Norcon of New Mexico, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source.
Urgent request to repair bleachers at three (03) BIE schools after annual inspection was completed on the bleachers.
The anticipated delivery is March 31, 2025.
