Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Trane U.S. Inc., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source.
Urgent request to replace an AHU (Air Handling Unit) motor at Wingate Elementary School, currently there is no heat in the school classroom. The contractor Trane has services the TRAN HVAC unit as a sole Proprietor.
The anticipated delivery is December 31, 2024.
