This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only. Responses to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted at this time with this notice.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center Wilmington at 1601 Kirkwood Hwy Wilmington, DE 19805 has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for the Medical Lasers in use at the facility
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, (PSC) is J065 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Responses to this notice should include the following:

Description: Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for Medical Lasers
INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND:
The Wilmington VAMC wishes to procure a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for the Medical Lasers in use at the facility.
OBJECTIVE:
The Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (460) Wilmington, Delaware, hereby referred to as the VAMC Wilmington (460), is seeking to purchase this service agreement for the following:

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:
The Contractor/ Vendor must complete the following tasks to meet the needs of this acquisition:
Perform Preventive Maintenance Service on the 10 Lasers listed above
Shall comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations. (Please refer to Records Management Language for Contracts)
Coordinating service with Biomedical Engineering and check-in at arrival and departure.

This acquisition does not include Government-furnished property (GFP), identify in the Statement of Work all available information on GFP to be provided, including the make, model, bar code number and serial number, if available, of all accountable assets with an acquisition cost of $500 or more.
This acquisition does not include Contractor-acquired property (CAP).
