Description
Question: We noticed the equipment listing includes devices such as rigid and flexible scopes, video and power equipment. Will the need for maintenance and repair of these devices be included in this RFP? Answer: No, only instrumentation.

Question: We want to ensure our pricing and service scope align with your needs. To achieve this, could you please provide us with an inventory of the medical device equipment included in this contract? Please provide a detailed list of the equipment with make, model numbers, and quantities. Answer: This is not necessary for general stainless instrumentation. The list provided is accurate minus scopes.

Question: Could you kindly confirm that service need onsite is one day per month? Answer: Current service is one day per month, on site, all work is contained to a mobile unit.
Question: How many trays need to be serviced at each visit? Answer: 12-15.
