The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the small business size standard is $12.5 Million.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that can provide ice machine cleaning/sanitation services in accordance with the Statement of Work (DRAFT) for the VA Central California Health Care System, 2615 E Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93703. A description of services in the attached Statement of Work (DRAFT).

As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
