** EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 5, 2025: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ** ** Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing for solicitation: J. Edward Roush Lake Dam Security Gates Fabrication and Installation, Huntington, Huntington County, Indiana. ** **GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition, the construction work includes the removal of gates, fabrication and installation of access gates across the J. Edward Roush Lake Dam area. Contracted personnel must be trained, certified, and equipped for all safety operations in accordance with (IAW) U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1 standards. ** **ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 238990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $19.0 Million. ** ** AN OFFEROR MUST BE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT WHEN PLACING AN OFFER PACKAGE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED FREE OF CHARGE AT www.sam.gov. ****SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on 5 September 2025. ** ** This solicitation is only available at the Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website. The associated project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Prospective vendors may experience difficulties, either because the PIEE system is not operational, the vendor has not properly registered in PIEE, or the vendor is experiencing other technical difficulties.
