Sheet note #9 on drawing 000-ES-002 sheet note #13 on drawing #000-ES-003 both refer to providing redundant conduits per PSRDM Section 8.3.3. Both sheet notes point to new power service feeders, however PSRDM Section 8.3.3 is in reference to Telecom service requirements. Please clarify the intent of the sheet notes.

ANSWER: Note #9 only pertains to the feed between MVSS-76-12KV and T-63/65-12KV-208V, but that s also not a PSRDM requirement. So, that and Note #9 attached to the feed to 65DP11 can be ignored. The intent is to provide a single spare 4 conduit to the utility transformer T-63/65-12KV-208V.

Please identify the outside heat pump units for the following inside units:

ANSWER:
0T7-IU-2 (0T7-OU-2)
0T7-IU-5 (0T7-OU-3)
0T7-IU-6 (0T7-OU-3)

Please identify wiring requirements between the outside and inside units.

ANSWER: Connections should be based on manufacturer s recommendations and specifications.

On drawing0T1-EP-101sheet note #4 indicates that panel T1P11 is to be 200 amps, confirmed on sheet note #8 on page 000-EJ-003. However the new feeder to the new panel is shown as (2) 2 c 4#3/0, 1#6g. Please clarify feeder size.

ANSWER: The quantity of parallel feeds indicated for T1P11 on 000-EJ-003 is a typo. The feeder sizes should be a single feed with (1) 2 C, 4#3/0, 1#6 GND.

On drawing 000-EJ-003 the feeder to panel 63P11 is indicated as existing to remain. Sheet note #6 on page 063-ep-101 indicates that the feeder is to be replaced with a 2 conduit with 4#1, 1#8g. Please clarify scope.

ANSWER: We were originally going to replace the feeders for 63P11 and reroute to the new transformer outside. That was changed to providing the connection to 65DP11 and leaving the existing feeders for 63P11. The one-line is correct.

The costs vary widely depending on the manufacturer and we d like to match the manufacturer. Link sent to contracting officer with pictures of these units.
