To ensure a full understanding of the requirement and accurate pricing, could you please confirm or provide clarification on which auxiliary systems and devices are to be included in the testing scope? For example, should this encompass feedwater systems, fuel oil systems, combustion air systems, deaerators, or other related equipment within the plant?
*Boiler Type:  Three 400HP Nebraska Water Tube Boilers with Mark-1 Burners Operated at 90PSI. Â
*Fuel Type: Operates Primary- Natural Gas. Backup Fuel Type: #2 Diesel Fuel.Â
*Auxiliary Equipment: As stated in the VHA Directive 1810. Â Includes all Systems Mentioned in the statement of Work under Special Qualifying Factors.

Additionally, could you please provide any available details on the boilers themselves, such as make, model, fuel type, or capacity so that we can ensure the proposed testing approach and instrumentation are fully compatible with the installed systems?

Special Qualifying Factor:
6.10. Prospective Contractors are to provide proof of delivering similar services provided to other organizations and contact information to allow Contracting Officer a way to verify your organization is capable and or proficient to deliver to the government the expected results. This should include testing of various Boiler Safety Devices and Auxiliary Equipment. Please ensure that examples of prior performance can be verified. This require perspective contractor to be very familiar and proficient in identifying, Testing and Adjusting as necessary, all Boiler and Plant Safety Devices as identified in VHA Directive 1810. Examples: Purge air switches, Combustion Air Switches, Minimum pilot low gas switch testing setting, Furnace air switch, Gas Valve Proof of closure switches and ASDPS, just to name a few. Prospective Contractor to Verify that they have all required Tools, Gages and all Testing Equipment necessary to accomplish requirements of this solicitation.
