Place of Performance:
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain services for BK BD SlidePrep and Prepmate Service at the Brooklyn Campus of the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System.
Anticipated Period of Performance:
6/1/2026 through 5/31/2027 with the provision of four (4) 12-month Options through 5/31/2031.
Basic Description of The Requirement:
This preventative maintenance full-service contract is to include all necessary labor, full service, maintenance, tools, equipment, transportation and parts required to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance on listed equipment. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Vendor must have access to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals and schematics to perform the service. Vendors must have their own schematics available on site at time of service.

THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
Responses are due on 5/21/2026 at 10:00 AM CST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist Lee Kern at lee.kern@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.
