Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 12/10/2024 for Bid # 24-268: Ivy Hill Park Perimeter Fence Improvements.
NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

Payment for plans and specifications to be check made payable to County of Essex or cash. Plans and specifications are only available in paper form not electronic.
