This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of Renovation and Repair Services to transform a single-family house to a group home in Ladysmith, BC,as further described in this ITT.

For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be:

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to. Timetable
Bidders should submit their Bids according to the following timetable.
Issue Date of ITT:August 13, 2025Mandatory Site Visit Date and Time:August 20, 2025 @ 11:00 am PTDeadline for Questions:August 22, 2025 @ 2:00 pm PT
Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.  Deadline for Issuing Addenda:August 29, 2025 Submission Deadline:September 12, 2025 @ 2:00 pm PT
