MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend a site visit on the specified date and time below:
Date: Monday, February 3, 2025
Time: 10:00 am PT.
Location of Site Meeting: 145 E Cordova Street, Vancouver
Subcontractor Attendance is Mandatory.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes installation of new air conditioning heat pumps and as further set out at Appendices:
- Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
Golden Age Court is a concrete, low-rise building, containing seventy-one (71) suites, providing housing to a low-income, retired population. The project scope is to install one (1) air conditioning heat pump in each liveable suite in order to provide cooling during hot summer months. We expect construction to commence within fifteen (15) days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed and to be substantially completed before Summer 2025.
