Summary Details
This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is a public invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to pre-qualified bidders to submit bids for Operations Building Construction at Cowichan Lake Sports Arena (CLSA) as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the second phase (Phase Two) invites prequalified General Contractors to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
The CVRD only accepts bids from the following pre-qualified General Contractors from Phase One:
Casman Projects Ltd.
Island Heights Construction Ltd.
MKM Projects Ltd
Rolling Tides Construction Inc.
Willow Spring Construction (BC) Ltd.
Notes
This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire
. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
