The Informal Quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount not to exceed F.S. § 287.017(2), as amended.

The Town of Davie is accepting informal bids until 2:00 p.m. April 20 ^th , 2023, for the following: ITQ# JA-23-45 Installation of Anti-Climb Security Enclosure (ClearVu Invisible Wall™ or equivalent).

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at 2:00 PM EST, in the Pine Island Multipurpose Center, located 3801 S Pine Island Road Davie, FL 33328. A site visit will immediately follow. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.

All bids should reference the bid name and number listed above must be submitted electronically through www.demandstar.com . Bids will be opened on or about 2:00 p.m. April 20 ^th , 2023. Any bids received after the specified due date and time will be rejected.

The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
