1411873646 (ITN) Wood Utility Poles for JEA Stock

The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to evaluate and select a vendor for a five (5) year contract that can provide Wood Utility Poles for JEA Inventory Stock at the best value to JEA (the “Work” or “Services”). “Best Value” means the highest overall value to JEA with regards to pricing, lead times, and value add programs (approach, experience, storm response capabilities, stocking programs, et. cetera) that improve pricing and service to JEA.

The awarded Supplier(s) must deliver the following poles within 24 – 48 working hours of receipt of shipment request from JEA.

POLWO003      POLWO004      POLWO006      POLWO008      POLWO010

The awarded Supplier(s) will be required to carry the level of stock specified below through storm season: May 15 through November 30 each year. JEA will purchase any remaining storm stock material at the end of the contract, not to exceed the value specified in the contract.
