The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a supplier (s) that can provide Three-Phase, Single-Phase Pad-mounted, Pole Mounted and Miscellaneous transformers for JEA Inventory Stock as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, lead time, stocking programs, quality, design, and workmanship.
