The purpose of this solicitation for Secure Network Infrastructure Managed Services (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a qualified Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver continuous management, monitoring, and optimization of JEA’s network-security platforms, with primary support provided during normal business hours and an on-call rotation model in place to ensure 24 × 7 × 365 coverage for critical issues and incident response as described in this Solicitation  (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
