The purpose of this solicitation for JEA Fleet
Services Mobile Fueling (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and
select a Company or Companies to provide mobile fueling services of JEA assets as
described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the
best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, and
workmanship. The Work includes, but is not limited to, routine loading,
delivering, and dispensing fuel to designated JEA sites and vehicles with #2
Dyed Diesel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) and additional ad hoc services.
