The purpose of this solicitation (this
"Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide a
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Solution as described in this
Solicitation (the "Work").

JEA seeks to implement a
comprehensive GRC solution to centralize and enhance the organization’s
approach to regulatory compliance, risk management, and information security
governance. The scope of this initiative includes the selection,
implementation, and integration of a GRC platform that enables a unified view
of compliance obligations, risks, and controls across the enterprise.

The GRC tool will support the
streamlining of audit processes by automating workflows related to risk
assessments, streamlining requirements across multiple frameworks, control
testing, and audit management, thereby improving efficiency and reducing manual
effort.

Additionally, the solution will
enable improved alignment between business objectives and legal, regulatory,
and ethical requirements by offering real-time insights and reporting. This
will empower leadership with greater visibility into the impact of risks and
compliance obligations on business strategy, supporting more informed
decision-making.
