The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for West Homer Elementary Asphalt Patch. The project consists of Provide all labor equipment and material to cut out approx. 5,300 SQ FT of asphalt and replace with new asphalt concrete paving at West Homer Elementary.

A pre-bid conference will be held at West Homer Elementary School, 995 Soundview Ave, Homer, AK 99603 on March 12, 2025 at 12:30 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
