Scope of Services
NEW SMYRNA BEACH UTILITIES is seeking bids from a General Contractor, licensed in the State of Florida, to:
•        Provide signed sealed engineered drawings for a metal structure and concrete pad

•        Contractor will furnish all labor and materials necessary to provide and install one (1)- four (4) bay, three sided, 26 gage, clear span, straight single slope roofed, metal building on an

engineered concrete pad. Pad and Building must meet 145 MPH wind speed requirements.

•        Contractor is responsible for the pad design. The pad will be engineered for the building and up to 60,000 lbs. of material per bay (Uniform Load).

•        Each bay opening must be 27 feet wide, resulting in a minimum building width of 108 feet and a maximum width of 115 feet.

•        The depth of the building must be 35 feet.

•        Minimum bay opening height of 14 feet.

•        Roof pitch to the rear of the building with gutter and downspouts.

•        Rust resistant coating over all metal.

•        Grading around building.

•        Contractor is responsible for all permits.
