Scope of Work: The City of Kenai Public Works Department is seeking construction project assistance for the installation of additional insulation over an existing sewer service line on Trading Bay Road, servicing 210 and 220 Trading Bay Road, Kenai, Alaska.

Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. The City will be using Zoom for telephonic and virtual access. Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom. Please use the following link to register:

This contract will be subject to the provisions of the State of Alaska Title 36 Wage and Hour Administration Pamphlet Statutes and Regulations and will require 100% performance and payment bonds.
