The work associated with the Project is located in or near the town of The Dalles within Wasco County, Oregon.

This project involves construction modifications to the existing Northern Wasco County PUD Three Mile Substation to replace existing relays, controls, and circuitry, and construct a CMU Control Building with all new building devices and ancillary equipment to be housed in the new substation Control Building.

The required work includes the necessary site work for the new building foundation, a new precast trench to extend from the building to the central yard area, and new conduit installations from the trench to all yard equipment. Existing circuitry is to be removed and all new circuitry is to be installed.
