Description:

|
It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a contractor to perform specified construction related work for stormwater infrastructure in the rear yards of Martisa Road NW. The Martisa Stormwater Pipe Replacement Project is part of the City of Fort Walton Beach’s plan to replace deteriorated storm pipe between Bishop Avenue NW and the rear yards of Martisa Road NW.

These improvements include installation of drainage structures, pipes, sidewalk, curb, pavement, fencing, and sod.

The proposed improvements shall meet City and FDOT standards and specifications, latest edition.

Due to Federal and State funding, all work must be finished by June 30, 2025.The scope of services for this contract will be for all labor and materials needed to complete the specified work at each of the identified sites. The extent of work is shown on the attached drawings.
