ITB Statewide - Master Planning & Engineering Support Services - STWIDE 25015

Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to answer questions asked and to make changes.

Body of Notice: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard, Facilities Management Office is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide Engineering/Master Planning Support Services. Contractor is to provide FTE Equivalent to perform Updates to perform real property inspections, update real property databases, complete Area Development Plans and Assist in Master Planning and Engineering Support Services as directed by CFMO.

Teleconference: There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid teleconference on Teams to help understand and familiarize themselves with the project. The teleconference is scheduled for September 11, 2025, at 11:00am Alaska Time. Interested bidders must register by emailing the project manager no later than two (2) days before the teleconference.

Please note: Due to fiscal year time constraints, there will only be ONE (1) teleconference scheduled.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be September 17, 2025 at 1:00pm Alaska Time. Information for submitting bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late bids will be rejected.

Please note: Due to fiscal year time constraints, the deadline for receipt of bids will NOT be extended.
