INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Skagway Ferry Terminal Building Roof Replacement, Project Number SSHWY00617-A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., August 13, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will replace the existing roof with a new sheet metal roofing system at the Skagway Ferry Terminal Building in Skagway, Alaska. The contract includes one (1) additive alternate for the installation of new external gutters.

The Engineer's Estimate is less than $200,000. The Project substantial completion date will be April 15, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings .
