INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Juneau State Office Building Elevator Shaft Fireproofing Rehabilitation, Project Number SPFAC00685, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 11, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will perform abatement of existing fireproofing in the elevator shafts and control room and install new fireproofing at the Juneau State Office Building in Juneau, Alaska.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 30, 2025.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at the project location (333 Willoughby Avenue, Juneau, Alaska). Please RSVP a minimum of 48 hours in advance with the project manager, Eric Hershey, at eric.hershey@alaska.gov or 907-269-5572.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings .
