INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Juneau State Office Building North Garage Renovation, Project Number SPFAC00429, will be received before 2:00 p.m., January 17, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will perform corrosion removal, patching and painting of metal coatings, and repairs and replacement of structural steel and concrete to extend the useful life of the north parking garage at the Juneau State Office Building in Juneau, Alaska. The contract includes one (1) additive alternate for installation of a bonded concrete overlay.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 28, 2026.
