ITB26-009 SOLDOTNA HIGH SCHOOL SIDING PHASE II
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Soldotna High School Siding Phase II. The project consists of improvements to a little over one-half of Soldotna High School Siding, together with all associated improvements, as described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all safety plans, including providing all necessary materials and equipment, to ensure the safety of entrances that remain in use while school is in session.
A pre-bid conference will be held at Soldotna High School, 425 W Marydale Ave, Soldotna, AK 99669 on February 5, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
