ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:
Sealed bids on the "2026 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM; CONTRACT NO. 13", will be received
in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Hall, 333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640
until 2:00 p.m., August 4, 2026, after which time no further bids will be received. All bids will be
publicly opened and read at this time. Bids will be tabulated and a contract may be awarded at a
later City Council meeting.
CONTRACT NO. 13 is for the placement of 5' wide concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps along
Dublin Ave. and Bay City Rd. Some of the pay items on the Itemized Bid are as follows:
5,170 Sft. 4" Conc. Sidewalk
210 Sft. 6" Conc. Sidewalk Ramp

Inquiries related to this project should be directed to the City of Midland Engineering Department.
A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the
Proposal will be required with each bid.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or defects, and
may accept other than the low bid when deemed in the City's best interest.
