CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 0003247/SFHWY00260; Kodiak Rezanof Drive Resurfacing: W. Marine Way to Airport, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time February 24, 2026, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will consist of resurfacing Rezanoff Drive from Marine Way to the airport. Associated preventative maintenance activities may include minor structural section improvements, drainage repairs, lighting and signals, striping, signs, and ADA improvements. Project Location and Length: Rezanof Drive from Marine Way to the airport for an approximate length of 4.70 miles.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. All work shall be completed by November 30, 2027. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.
