CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 0932054/SFHWY00524; HSIP JNU Vanderbilt Continuous Green T, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time December 02, 2025, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will convert the southbound Egan lanes to continuous green movements at the Vanderbilt intersection by adding a left turn acceleration lane for vehicles turning south from Vanderbilt onto Egan..

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. All work shall be completed by August 30, 2026. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.

Hard copies of these documents are still available in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $100/set from the Southeast Regional Contracts, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska, 99801-7999. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
