Description:	A general description of the work includes, without limitation: the proper abandonment of the existing septic tank serving the residence. This includes pumping and disposing of all septic tank contents, crushing and filling the tank with approved material, and removing or permanently capping all inlet and outlet piping in accordance with applicable local and state health and environmental regulations. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and securing approvals from the County’s permitting departments. All work will be coordinated with the homeowner and County as needed, and will continue through the successful operation of the grinder pump system.
