INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Petersburg Maintenance Shop Oil Water Separator System, Program Number SDRER00592, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 14, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision associated with the decommissioning and closure of a Class V injection well, decommissioning and removal of an underground fuel storage tank, installation of a new oil water separator, and installation of a new lift station connected to city sewer.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 30, 2025.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at the project location (288 Mitkof Hwy). Please RSVP a minimum of 48 hours in advance with the project manager, Eric Hershey, at eric.hershey@alaska.gov or (907) 269-5572.
