The City is accepting electronic proposal submissions. Proposers shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at: ttps://secure.procurenow.com/signup . Once you have completed account registration, browse back to this page, click on “Submit Response”, and follow the instructions to submit the electronic proposal. Proposers are strongly encouraged to submit Proposals early to ensure receipt by the City prior to the due date and time.

A list of responses received will be posted and available on the OpenGov website shortly after the due date and time for closing.
