ITB# RS-26-30 Orange Drive Sidewalk Improvement Project

The Work includes the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary for the construction of the Orange Drive Sidewalk Improvement Project, which includes, but is not limited to, the installation of an ADA compliant sidewalk to infill missing sidewalks on Orange Drive (from SW 92nd Avenue to SW 67th Avenue); three (3) signalized mid-block crosswalks; guardrail relocations and/or new installations; curb and gutter; installation of a pedestrian bridge crossing over the canal, just east of SW 92nd Avenue; pavement markings and signage; regrading and sodding the swales together with harmonization with existing grades; ADA ramps with detectable warning surfaces; and, general site preparation and restoration. The estimated budget for this project is $1,250,000.

In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
