ITB# RS-26-08 Fire Station 38 Men's Restroom and Shower Renovation

The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified General Contractor licensed in the State of Florida to perform upgrades to the existing Fire Station 38 (FS 38) men’s restroom and shower facilities located at 6905 Orange Drive, Davie FL 33314. The services shall encompass furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, machines, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals.

All Work shall meet or exceed the standards of the industry for workmanship. The estimated budget for this project is $90,000.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
