ITB# RS-26-06 Fire & Burglar Alarm Monitoring Services & Repairs

The Town of Davie is seeking competitive bids to secure services from qualified professional firms to furnish active fire protection and fire and burglar alarm monitoring, inspection, maintenance, and repair services to be awarded to one or more contractors. The estimated budget is $65,000.

In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visits. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation. In addition, PLEASE NOTE that there are several locations. Therefore, the site visits are anticipated to start in the morning and end in the afternoon.
