The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough. This project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment to upgrade Rollins Way to project specifications.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Kenai Peninsula Borough Purchasing & Contracting Department, 47140 East Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska on March 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate, we are offering the opportunity for you to call in and join the pre-bid meeting. The number to call is (907) 260-2044.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
