ITB #24-0118 - RCC Chiller Replacement (Restrictive Bid)

This is a Restrictive Bid NOTICE: To bid on this project, you must receive an e-mail directly from the City of Richland Purchasing DIVISION. If you only received notice from Public Purchase you are not neccesarily eligible to bid. Contact Purchasing at 509-942-7710 if you have questions regarding your eligibilty. An invitation to Bid was issued in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit bids. Only qualified contractors who have (1) filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster in the catergory of HVAC - General or Electrical - Building Controls and have been accepted, and (2) been invited to bid on this project directly by the City of Richland Purchasing DIVISION, may submit bids. The project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials not specifically identified as owner-furnished, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. The project includes removal and replacement of the Richland Community Center Chiller, including factory authorized start-up and operator training, as required in the specifications. Engineer's estimate: $130,000 - $179,000 There is no pre-bid conference for this bid. Site access may only be granted by contacting Scott Moore at (509) 531-3195. Access will only be permitted from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
