ITB 26-PW06, SR9 Temp Gravel Stabilization Installation

The City of Milton is requesting bids from qualified parties to provide shoulder improvements, grading, gabion wall installation, fence installation, and other improvements called out in the bid, to SR 9 within the city limits of Milton, Georgia. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions.

All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
