ITB 26-PW04, FY26 Asphalt Reconstruction & Resurfacing

The City of Milton Public Works Department, (City), requests that interested parties submit formal sealed bids for the FY26 Asphalt Reconstruction & Resurfacing Project. The scope of this project generally consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of the listed streets/roadways within the City of Milton. The contractor that will be doing the Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Asphalt Paving, if different, shall submit references showing that they have successfully completed 30 miles and 10 full depth reclamation projects on higher volume roads (not residential streets) in the state of Georgia in the last 5 years. The asphalt paving contractor references shall show asphalt paving over full depth reclamation. To bid on this contract, the Contractor must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list. No exceptions.
All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
