ITB #25-0004 - Property Abatement of Public Nuisance Conditions at 1415 Jones Road

Public notice is hereby given that bids will be received for the City of Richland’s PROPERTY ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE CONDITIONS AT 1415 JONES ROAD Project by the City of Richland Purchasing Division until the date and time specified above, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. The project consists of cleanup needed for property abatement of public nuisance conditions which violate Richland Municipal Code (RMC) 10.04; RMC 10.06, RMC 11.33, and RMC 23.38 located at 1415 Jones Road, Richland, WA. This project is estimated at $50,000 - $100,000 The City of Richland assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act 1987 (P.L. 100.259), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any City sponsored program or activity. The City further assures every effort will be made to ensure nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not.
