Description:

The project consists of construction of five to six-foot-wide sidewalks along four roadways in the City of Port Orange to address existing sidewalk gaps, as well as to provide improvements such as drainage, crosswalk installation and signage.

The project is being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement Bidders will comply with the Federal Aid Contract Requirements in Exhibit 4. Prime Contractor is to be prequalified in the work class: Sidewalk. There shall be no preference given to Bidders regarding the location of the physical address of the Bidder’s place of business.

Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein. Bidders must be properly registered and licensed to provide the services identified in the scope of work by all applicable state and local agencies.
